1. Introduction

b9gaem is an international online sports betting and casino platform ("the Platform") operated by an internationally licensed entity ("the Operator"). The Platform is designed to provide Pakistani users and other eligible users with access to sports wagering, live casino games, slots, esports betting and related gaming services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the b9gaem website, mobile interface and associated services. By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

b9gaem does not operate under a license issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this Platform complies with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent legislation. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the b9gaem website at https://b9gaem.cam and all associated mobile and web interfaces.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Operator" means the entity that owns, operates and licenses the b9gaem Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, match deposit offer or other incentive offered to Users by the Operator, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Operator prior to processing withdrawals or upon review of account activity.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency reference used for Pakistani Users on the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which the use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the b9gaem Platform is restricted to adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is higher — to register an account and place wagers. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage users will be suspended immediately and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is not available to users located in Restricted Jurisdictions. Users are responsible for verifying that accessing this Platform is permitted under the laws applicable to them. The Operator reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

3.4 Eligibility Representations

By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the applicable higher minimum);
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor or affiliate of the Operator or any related entity;
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of b9gaem, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information as requested. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if circumstances change.

4.2 KYC Verification

The Operator operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Verification may be triggered prior to processing withdrawals, when deposits reach a specified threshold, or at any time the Operator deems a review appropriate. Users may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is the standard accepted document;
• Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months;
• A selfie or liveness verification image as instructed by the verification flow;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required.

4.3 Document Integrity

Submission of altered, obscured, cropped, edited or falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities. Submit only genuine, unmodified copies of your documents.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. b9gaem cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.

5.3 Accurate Information

You agree that all information provided to the Platform — including registration details, payment information and KYC documents — is accurate, complete and not misleading. The Operator reserves the right to close or suspend accounts where false information has been provided.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at any given time. The Operator references familiar Pakistani payment channels — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer options including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as contextual references. The actual availability of any specific payment method is determined entirely by the Operator and relevant payment processors. These institutions do not endorse, support or affiliate themselves with gambling activities.

All deposits are credited in the Platform's operational currency. Amounts displayed to Pakistani Users are referenced in PKR for convenience. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before withdrawal processing;
• The withdrawal method must match the account holder's registered identity;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal;
• The Account must be in good standing with no open disputes or security flags;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and vary by method.

Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the Operator's internal review processes. No guaranteed payout timeframes are stated in these Terms. The Operator is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.

6.3 Currency & Fees

The Operator does not guarantee zero fees on all transactions. Currency conversion fees or payment processor charges may apply depending on your chosen method. These will be disclosed at the point of transaction where possible.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions and offers made available by b9gaem are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. By opting into any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the relevant offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.3 Illustrative Bonus Examples

Bonus examples referenced on the Platform (such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" or "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000") are illustrative of typical offer structures and do not constitute guaranteed live promotions. Actual offers, amounts, eligibility criteria and expiry periods are set by the Operator and may change at any time.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating activity with other users to circumvent promotional conditions.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including cricket markets such as PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament events — are subject to the Operator's prevailing sports betting rules. The Operator reserves the right to void, suspend or settle bets differently in cases of match abandonment, verified corruption, data errors or force majeure events.

8.2 Live / In-Play Betting

Live markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets accepted during live events are binding at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. The Operator cannot be held liable for connection issues, delays or discrepancies between live data feeds and actual match events.

8.3 Casino Games

Casino games — including slots, table games and live dealer products — operate under Return to Player (RTP) percentages and random number generation systems certified by the relevant game studios. The Operator does not manufacture or control the underlying game software and is not liable for studio-level technical errors.

8.4 Disputed Outcomes

Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within seven (7) days of the event outcome. The Operator's decision, made in good faith and consistent with applicable rules, is final in relation to all settlement disputes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the b9gaem Platform:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are a minor or are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection or other financial crimes;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to other users or the Operator;
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national or international law.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and/or reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gambling

b9gaem is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help users maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum allowable losses over defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, text, images and other materials displayed on the b9gaem Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use or reverse engineering of any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from the Operator is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunity arising from technical failures, outages or maintenance;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect login credentials;
• Inaccuracies in odds, data feeds or results arising from third-party data providers;
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, payment processor failures or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Operator's Right to Suspend

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the Platform or to other users.

13.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed in a timely manner. Any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned subject to completion of KYC and standard withdrawal processing.

13.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to be excluded from the Platform for responsible-gambling reasons, you may invoke the self-exclusion tool available within your account settings. 14. Amendments to Terms

b9gaem reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Where amendments are material in nature, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. It remains your responsibility to check these Terms regularly.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.

Pakistani users acknowledge that the Operator does not operate under Pakistani law or any Pakistani regulatory authority, and that the legal framework applicable to this Platform is that of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
